This module will provide an in-depth exploration of IFS principles: Self, Managers, Firefighters, and Exiles.
We’ll focus on common parts in former foster youth, such as the Hyper-Vigilant Manager, People-Pleasing Manager, Self-Blaming Exile, and Impulsive Firefighter, with case examples to illustrate their roles.
