Are you passionate about Internal Family Systems (IFS)? Ready to connect, share, and grow within our supportive community? Look no further! Join us for our upcoming Zoom gathering, where we’ll dive into meaningful discussions guided by experienced therapists.

In IFS, each part of our inner system has a unique role and purpose. These parts can be like “subpersonalities” within us, each with feelings, memories, and desires. We can achieve greater self-awareness and healing by understanding and befriending these parts. 🌿✨


Event Details:

  • When: Every Third Monday at 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM (London, UK)
  • Early Arrival: The Zoom room opens at 6:55 PM for a smooth start.
  • Eligibility: Open to all IFS enthusiasts who have completed an IFS Introductory Workshop, participated in any IFSI online training, or completed an IFS Level 1 training.
  • Hosted by Experts: Our sessions are led by seasoned therapists deeply rooted in the IFS model.
  • Privacy Matters: Join us privately to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.


What to Expect:

1. 🧘‍♀️ 15 Minutes of Quiet Attunement: Center yourself and set the intention for our gathering.

2. 🗣️ 30 Minutes of ‘Check-In’ Discussions: Engage in triad conversations within privately assigned Zoom breakout rooms.

3. 🌟 15 Minutes for Group Check-In and Closing: Reflect, share insights, and connect with fellow IFS explorers.
