Professional Biography

As a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 16 years of expertise, I specialize in complex trauma recovery, Attachment Theory, and military psychology.  My work is dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing through The U-Model™, a proprietary clinical framework I developed that integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).  I am committed to advancing the field through authorship and clinical training.
